Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells; PM-HN-307 #19-0609B Datasheet


The peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated from a Leukoreduction System Chamber (LRSC) obtained with full ethical permission. The cell population was isolated via density-gradient separation.  The PBMCs were immediately frozen post-isolation and cryopreserved under liquid nitrogen.
