Human Primary CD8+ Cytotoxic T-Cells; CD8-HN-201 #18-1012 Datasheet

 

The CD8+ Cytotoxic T-cells were isolated from a human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) fraction of human whole blood, obtained with full ethical permission. The cell population was analysed by flow cytometry.  The CD8+ Cytotoxic T-cells were immediately frozen post-isolation and cryopreserved under liquid nitrogen.

Negative for Mycoplasma, HIV-1, HIV-2, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C by real-time PCR

Negative for fungus, yeast, bacteria

 

Antigen Cell Surface Glycoprotein CD8 96%

  • Store at -150°C. Once thawed do not re-freeze
