CD14+ Monocytes; MN-HN-301 #19-0609A Datasheet

The CD14+ monocytes were isolated from a fraction of human whole blood, obtained with full ethical permission. The cell population was isolated via density-gradient separation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells followed by immuno-magnetic selection of CD14+ cell population. Cell marker analysis confirmed the CD14+ status of the cells and the monocytes were cryopreserved and stored under vapour phase liquid nitrogen.
