Human Primary CD8+ Cytotoxic T-cells; CD8-HN-201 #18-2211 Datasheet

 

The CD8+ Cytotoxic T-cells were isolated from a human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) fraction of human whole blood, obtained with full ethical permission. The cell population was analysed by flow cytometry.  The CD8+ Cytotoxic T-cells were immediately frozen post isolation and cryopreserved under liquid nitrogen.
