AvantiCell provides its expertise in a range of services which can be customised to meet our customers' requirements, from off-the-shelf cell-based assays to novel client-specified culture systems. AvantiCell will, during 2009, also provide its validated assays as products in the form of complete kits, making cell-based analysis available to customers in easy-use, off-the-freezer-shelf formats.

Assays focused initially on the aetiology of cancer are now being extended to other areas relevant to human disease. Assay readouts that typically measure generic indices of cell health are being extended through partnership to identify test compound bioactivity using leading-edge proteomic profiling.
