AvantiCell scientists have been recruited from both commercial science and academic research backgrounds to create a well-balanced team equally as familiar with quality assurance, project milestones and customer support as with research and technological innovation.

AvantiCell’s technology platforms are founded in this mix of experience, spanning more than 25 years, which is augmented by collaborations conducted nationally and internationally. The Company’s senior management has experience in co-ordinating and participating in EU Framework and UK public-funded research consortia. AvantiCell also provides training placements to post-graduate students from three European universities under the EU Leonardo Programme and hosts regular training visits by Japanese students under a programme funded by the Japanese government.
